New Anime This Week

Though the simulcast viewing is burning up like crazy these days, the home video release side is in the midst of the winter doldrums. This week has just two new releases and they’re ones that are worth checking out for fans that have been invested in it but are not leaping on points by any stretch. Funimation has the sixth collection for the Fairy Tail series out, which brings two of the smaller sets into this new collection, while Viz Media has the 29th installment of the Naruto: Shippuden franchise on deck.

Things pick up next week a bit, I promise!
