ComiXology Sets New Digital Comics & Manga For October 28th, 2016

Friday is light this week when it comes to new digital comics as we once again just get the latest digital-first edition of DC Comics Bombshells. This is the start of a new arc from writer Marguerite Bennett that’s stepping away from Zambesi for a bit to give us some time with Supergirl and Wonder Woman, as evidenced by the gorgeous new cover that you can see to the right. This chapter brings in someone new for the artwork as well with Matias Bergara!

Plot concept: We flash back with Wonder Woman and Supergirl to the aftermath of Battle of Britain. On Paradise Island, our two Bombshells struggle with their alienation from mankind and try to heal from the loss of Supergirl’s beloved sister, Stargirl.
