The fall anime adaptation that’s coming for All Out!! based on the manga by Shiori Amase has been doing regular updates via the Twitter feed and that’s continuing on. The latest is a dozen or so new cast members announced for it as they flesh out the teams a bit, of which there are many players. The show is being produced by TMS Entertainment and Madhouse with Kenichi Shimizu directing it. He’s working off of series composition by Masahiro Yokotani who is handling the scripts with Shingo Irie while Masanori Shino is working on the character designs.

The new anime adaptation is based on the manga of the same name from Shiori Amase, which has eight volumes out so far. It began serialization in 2012 in Morning Two and has done solidly since.
Plot concept: The story begins at school entrance ceremony of Kanagawa High School where Kenji Gion, a small but gutsy go-getter joins the rugby club. He joins with his classmate, Iwashimizu, who has a complicated past and sub-captain Hachiouji, who always takes good care of his Club members. Lastly, there is Captain Sekizan, who has overwhelming powers but keeps his cards close to his chest. With such differences in both personality and physical performance, the team must learn to work and grow together so they can become the best.
