After bringing out a brief TV spot yesterday as we get closer to the July 6th, 2016 debut of Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya 3wei Herz!, Kadokawa has now launched the third promotional video for it. This one clocks in at just under two minutes and highlights some of the goods coming out, the broadcast schedule, and gives us a taste of the cast themselves in addition to the music . The show hasn’t had a lot of promotion overall since the fanbase knows about it and fourth seasons of a series rarely get many new viewers in a sense, so it’s not too much of a surprise.
Each season has run for ten episodes once again and was directed by Shin Oounuma based on scripts by Hazuki Minase. We recently got new cast additions as well with Misato Fukuen as Tanaka, Rie Kugimiya as Beatrice Flowerchild, Ryoko Shiraishi as Angelica and Sumire Morohoshi as Erika.
This will mark the third season of the property that deals with the alternate world setting from the Fate/stay night universe as written and illustrated by Hiroshi Hiroyama. The series began in 2007 and has run several short-run series with each working its own progression and theme while tied to the larger work.
Sentai Filmworks has licensed the first three seasons and released the first series on DVD and Blu-ray in bilingual form.
Property concept: Spin-off of Fate/stay night with Illyasviel von Einzbern as the protagonist, living an alternate life as a school girl. While taking a bath, she stumbles upon Kaleido Stick Ruby, who turns her into a magical girl.
