The publisher uses the original Japanese cover depicting the sexy high school teacher Akiyoshi. She’s wearing black high heels and her red dress pulled up over her chest to expose her ample bosom and see-through underwear. The book has solid tones with clean printing throughout. Unfortunately, the thinner paper in this book makes it easy to see the artwork from the next page, which can be distracting at times. There are a wealth of extras in this book; a few pictures from guest artists, some notes from the author, a glossary explaining honorifics, and an extensive Japanese language ‘Pronunciation Guide’. I really enjoyed the pronunciation guide, I can’t speak Japanese but I already knew most of the pronunciation nuances yet I still learned a few things and I think a lot of fans will find it helpful. Now if we could just get some color pages . . .
Artwork:
I really enjoy Kagura’s art style and the character designs for this title are very enjoyable. The women are pretty and obviously busty, but they are also well proportioned, not ridiculously busty like some adult titles. Surprisingly, the male characters have a fair amount of detail and are attractive, which makes the artwork appealing in all aspects. The artist does an excellent job of adding to the female characters emotional expressions by taking their normally highly detailed eyes and changing them to appear glazed over during sex. It’s a nice touch. The backgrounds are good for this kind of title and shading is well executed. The girls all appear to possess different colored hair and the shading makes good use of illustrating shadows and adding to the sense of depth.
Text/SFX:
The translation reads well and honorifics are prevalent. The Japanese SFX remains but lacks an English translation. With this kind of title I think a lot of readers might enjoy SFX translations. I know I would.

Relish collects seven short stories, one of which consists of two parts while another has three parts. I enjoyed these two stories the most because there was a little more character development and not just sex for the sake of having sex.
Mindroll is confusing and doesn’t make much sense, but I thought it had a lot of potential. Something about the doom of the planet and super hot girls called ‘Messiahs’ that use sex to cleanse the ‘108 waves of evil’. Unfortunately, this story ends after one steamy scene.
Paraphilias Note is about a young guy having sex with the girl he’s tutoring. The Water Ritual tells how one female swim instructor tries to ruin her ditzy coworkers reputation by tricking her into wearing some string that’s supposed to be a swimsuit to swim practice. For every fan of catgirls, Seductive Nurse 24/7 is about a smokin’ hot nurse that spends more time servicing the hospital director than checking blood pressures. She’s not really a catgirl, but when she puts on a pair of cat ears with her nurses outfit, who cares?
Lusty Teacher Diaries is a two-part story about a student and his hot teacher, both of whom secretly lust for each other. Kusunoki is a shy student that gets picked on a lot because he’s small and scrawny. In the afternoon he spends a lot of extra tutor time with his sexy teacher Akiyoshi. He has a crush on his teacher but he’s too shy to say anything and Akiyoshi has a crush on him but she knows she can’t get involved with a student. Unfortunately for both of them, the male teacher Saeki satisfies his aggression towards Akiyoshi by cornering her on campus and letting a number of school boys have their way with her. Not surprisingly, Akiyoshi is devastated by her harassment but she’s afraid to report the incident for fear Kusunoki will find out and hate her. What will Kusunoki do when Saeki forces him to watch Akiyoshi having sex with a bunch of guys? Will Kusunoki hate Akiyoshi forever?
The three-part Family Ties story has just about everything a reader could want, earning some serious nosebleed points along the way. Kiriko is a buxom young maid that just got a new job as live in help for the orphaned Nao and his younger sister Yumi. Kiriko is very eager to make a good impression on her new employers, but she quickly learns that there is more than meets the eye to the relationship between Nao and Yumi. The supposed siblings are really just strangers living together and Kiriko quickly finds herself pulled into their sexual escapades. The sexual adventures begin to blur together as the days pass by until Yumi’s mother comes looking for her. What will happen to the happy threesome? Will Yumi be forced to return to her home? Will the cops get involved?
In Summary
Relish is full of good artwork, massive mammaries, and a nice variety of sexual activities. The art is attractive and I really enjoyed the extra detail in the eyes of the female characters, which makes the girls even more attractive. The female characters are really playful and genuinely relish the sex they’re participating in. This made for an enjoyable read since I’m not a big fan of violent sex stories. With the exception of the Family Ties story, the story telling is nothing exceptional but come on, we don’t read H-manga for deep characters and plot, now do we?
