1 min read

Avabel OnlineSmartphone game apps are regularly getting put into production as anime series in the same way that manga and light novels are since the end goal is to increase sales in that primary category. The latest one to get the nod is the Avabel Online game from Asobimo. The game landed in Japan back in 2012 and is free to play with an English language version also available. It’s a fairy standard fantasy oriented game as you can see from the promo of how the game itself works below. No premiere date has been set for the adaptation yet.

The anime adaptation will be directed by Kenichi Imaizumi based on the scripts from Bingo Morihashi and Naoki Tozuka. It’s being animated at Felix Film.

Some initial casting was revealed as well with Takashi Kondo, M.A.O, Hisako Tōjō, and Megumi Toda all set to have roles in the project.
