‘Shoujo-tachi wa Kouya wo Mezasu’ Anime Gets New TV Spot Teaser

Shojo-tachi VisualThe winter 2016 anime premiere of Shoujo-tachi wa Kouya wo Mezasu is getting closer as it lands before the March 25th, 2016 debut of the game, and now Warner Bros. Japan has revealed the latest TV teaser spot for the show. The spot clocks in at a brief 16 seconds but it gives us a good look at the show and its designs as well as a taste of the opening theme song Wastelandersi from Sayaka Sasaki.  The series will premiere on January 7th, 2016 on Tokyo MX and BS11 before moving to MBS on January 9th and AT-X on the 10th.

The series is set to be directed by Takuyo Sato based on the series composition from Yuniko Ayana and character designs by Takayuki Noguchi. Project No.9 is handling the adaptation.

The cast includes Seiichirou Yamashita as Buntarou Houjou, Haruka Chisuga as Sayuki Kuroda, Kana Hanazawa as Yuuka Kobayakawa, Satomi Sato as Uguisu Yuuki, Satomi Akesaka as Teruha Andou and Toshiyuki Toyonaga as Atomu Kai.

Visual Novel Concept: Buntarou doesn’t know what he wants to do in the future. He does not have any kind of dream that he wants to pursue, so currently he just spends his days hanging around with his friends. One day, his classmate Sayuki asks him if he wants to help with development of a gal game. She says that she had become interested in his help after she read one his works intended for the drama club.

Buntarou doesn’t know anything about gal games, but Sayuki claims that she has the ability to make it a success. Can they make the game and will it be a success like she claims it will be? This is the story of youths taking a daring step into the unknown…
