A cold can spread through a school like wildfire and with Megumi and a few others absent at the moment, the school is certainly quieter than normal. Komori’s helping out, of course, by taking homework to Megumi’s place where even her father is sick. Interestingly, when she gets to Masako’s place, Masako is worried about the fact that they may not be friends someday because of how life works. Where the show takes it great comical tone though is when she goes to give Otani his homework and he shows up in the door in his boxers and a t-shirt. Her reaction is priceless and just made me grin stupidly. All in all, it’s a solid bonds of friendship episode even with the knowledge that the end of their school days someday will mean they drift apart.

In Summary:
Silly is as silly does and Komori-san has a pretty nice episode where it mixes the friendship side with the compassion alongside the silliness. Komori gets to stand out the most here as she works between everyone and naturally has everyone comforting her at the end. It’s a familiar setup and execution along with resolution, but it’s all done very well and smoothly, making for a very fun little burst of cuteness.
