Kiba’s blind rage against the Holy Sword program that killed him and his friends knows no bounds. He abandoned Rias to pursue Freed and destroy his Excalibur sword, but Issei won’t give up on Kiba. Eventually, Kiba tracks down Freed, but he gets more than he could have hoped. The ex-priest Valper, that had led the Holy Swords Project appears and reveals his partnership with Freed and the Fallen Angels. Kiba is so angry that he is seeing red; he has both the man that killed his friends and Excalibur in his reach.

Potentially, Kiba could take out Freed and Valper with the help of Rias and the others. But, that isn’t very likely when the leader of the Fallen Angels shows up. Kokabiel is so powerful that he stood on the battlefield with both God and the King of Hell. So, he is no slouch when it comes to battle strength. In fact, Kokabiel is so powerful, he sends his pet Cerberus to play fetch, and Issei is the ball!

But Issei does have one ace left up his sleeve; Boosted Gear Power Transfer! Even if Issei isn’t strong enough to fight their enemies, he can still boost his Gear and then transfer that power to Kiba, Rias, and Akeno. But as much as that might help against Kokabiel, it still might not be enough. Valper has merged four of the Excalibur swords into a single sword for Freed, which means he just got four times stronger!

Can Issei and Rias defeat these enemies before they destroy their school? And if Issei can pull it off, will Rias really let him suck on his breasts for his reward? Or will Rias have to ask her brother, the King of Hell to come to her rescue?

In Summary
The events in this volume of the manga series roughly follow the fourth, fifth, and sixth episodes of the anime’s second season. However, since both the anime and the manga are based off the original light novels, the manga doesn’t follow the anime scene by scene. This manga series continues to move along at a good pace, and this sixth volume has relatively little filler in the form of fanservice. Although, there is a funny scene where Issei comes home to Asia cooking in nothing but an apron because a girl at school told her that’s what women have to do to get a boy’s attention. Along with that, Issei’s valiant declarations that make everyone think he’s a pervert continues to be a good source of comedy. But perhaps even more funny, are the rumors around school about Issei and Kiba being a yaoi couple.
