The Chiller cable and sat network has run anime over the years before and it’s now kicking off a new anime programming block that will be on Wednesday’s beginning at midnight that night. The new block will consist of:
- Is This a Zombie?, 12:00 a.m.
- Tokyo Majin, 12:30 a.m.
- Devil May Cry, 1:00 a.m.
- Black Blood Brothers, 1:30 a.m.
Which were all fairly popular at different times back in the 2000’s as they came from different distributors back then but are now all under the FUNimation umbrella of titles. The series are all currently streaming over on the FUNimation site as well.
The last time Chiller ran an anime block was back in 2009 with series like Tokko and Descednants of Darkness and they’ve spinned a few anime features as well.
Chiller is a sister channel to the Syfy Channel and has a reach of about 39 million households in North America, which is approximately 33% of available households.
