I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying 2nd Thread Episode 6Side story time to bring in some new characters.

What They Say:
Kaoru is an OL you can find anywhere, serious and works diligently, but her husband is a super otaku and more-or-less a NEET. She is caught up in one of her husband’s whims one day or the subject of his concerns another, but the two are so close that it’s embarrassing to even watch them!

With a little hot spring fun done the last time around, this week takes us to a different place. Here, we get a cute story of boy meets girl with your average college guy and a very, very tiny woman in college with him that can be easily misconstrued as a little girl. The two spend some amusing time together since she’s pushy and he has a soft spot for her right from the start. But we also see that she’s fairly controlling in getting what she wants by any means. She’s taken a real liking to him as well and the two have an unusual but interesting kind of relationship here. While they’re just hanging out, it starts to turn to something more, potentially.

In Summary:
The series basically does a back door pilot for a new series called Sabinuki Girlfriend here as we get to meet this college couple in the making. It definitely fits in with the overall tone and style of the series we’ve been watching, but it really feels dropped in out of the blue. It’s pleasant and solidly enjoyable overall, but it wasn’t the show I was looking for. It does connect to the main show itself as time goes on in a rather comical way, making for its own little “shared universe” story.
