The latest rankings have arrived for Japanese sales tracked through Oricon for the week ending on May 3rd, 2015 in the DVD and Blu-ray realm for anime. This week sees some interesting titles moving along overall, though it’s mostly just dominated by Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin as the first volume remains at the top of the charts, adding another 10,000 copies between Blu-ray and DVD. Once you get past that, a few new arrivals on the Blu-ray chart have landed with new Knights of Sidonia taking the second spot while the Cardfight!! Vanguard movie is the next in the eighth position. A lot of the chart is made up of series adding additional sales after their first, second or more weeks on the overall chart.
