Announced last fall as going into production, the anime adaptation of the four panel manga by Ayumu Kasgua of Jokamachi no Dandelion now has a few more details. Thanks to an early scan of the next Manga Time Kirara Miracle magazine, it’s beign revealed that the show will be directed by Noriaki Akitaya with animation production being handled by Production IMS. Reiko Yoshida is hanlding the series composition and Shinpei Kobayashi is on board as both the character designer and the chief animation director.
The series has been given a summer 2015 broadcast debut in Japan on the TBS network and others to be added. The series, which began in 2012, has two volumes to its name so far. There are no details to the production itself but it marks another Manga Time Kirara property making the leap these days. Originally creator Ayumu Kasuga recently served as the original character designer for Ore, Twintails ni Narimasu. They’ve got a few manga properties to their name as well beyond this series.
Plot concept: The everyday lives of the nine super-powered siblings of the royal family are monitored by more than 200 surveillance cameras and broadcast nationwide. The people of the nation who are watching the broadcast will have the ability to elect the next monarch. The story focuses on Akane, the third-oldest sister who can manipulate gravity. She is shy and desperately does not want to be caught on camera.
