Even if you’re not a fan of the Sailor Moon Crystal series, the mere presence of the show is a great thing for fans simply because it’s provided a slew of great new merchandise out there to get into. And not just for the new show but for the original work as well as part of the larger post-20th anniversary celebrations for Sailor Moon.
And Bandai is certainly riding it by providing plenty of toys for kids, but also some great items for adults that grew up on the show. The latest pieces to arrive comes from the Premium Bandai line, which you can see at their Hong Kong store here, is a series of pendants that really shines. With plans for an October 2015 bow, the pendants are about $125 each as they show case six different types.
They’re certainly not for the casual collector, but there’s been a push for more “mature” products across numerous lines around the entertainment world in the last few years in order to get a foothold in more markets. Bandai in particular is really excelling at this with their premium line.
