With a new feature film out this summer for Date A Live, it makes sense that Kadokawa would bring out the first set in a memorial fashion and to do so in a director’s cut kind of edition to draw fans in. The set is planned for a July 31st, 2015 release priced at 30,240 yen and the first TV spot for it has now arrived to highlight it.

The set will have the twelve episode run in the director’s cut version with a total of 35 minutes added to the presentation overall. It’ll span three Blu-ray discs and the project will come in a new box, contain a booklet and  a visual collection of some sort. On disc extras include the commercial collection and the clean opening and closign sequences.

The series comes from the light novels of the same name by Koushi Tachibana and was animated by AIC Plus+ under director Keitaro Motonaga. FUNimation previously simulcast the first season of the series and did a late pickup of the first season for home video release. You can read our review here.
