The spring 2015 anime TV series Houkago no Pleiades has had a decent bit of info over the last few months with a promo, staff and cast details and we recently got the premiere date as well. Now that the big push is on ahead of the premiere, Warner Bros. Japan has brought out the first TV spot for the series and confirming the range of broadcast premieres for it. And if that isn’t enough, we also get a great two and a half minute full promo to showcase the series and its music as well as the cast in a bigger form. It will be debuting on April 9th, 2015. Similar to the ONA, it’ll be directed by Shouji Saeki with character designs by Mai Otsuka.
The series stars Natsumi Takamori as Subaru, Ayuru Ōhashi as Aoi, Houko Kuwashima as Minato, Kanako Tateno as Itsuki, Saki Fujita as Nanako and Yui Makino as Hikaru.
Original project concept: Subaru is a young girl who discovers that her best friend Aoi is part of magical group trying to gather engine fragments so that a little being from Pleiades can return to his home. Subaru considers joining them as she was chosen by the Pleiadian, president of this afterschool club.
