While no formal release date is set yet for retailers, things are coming together for FUNimation’s home video release of Nobunagun. FUNimation debuted the cast and English language materials this weekend at Ohayocon, with the series being directed by Christopher Bevins. The show was previously simulcast by FUNimation and they picked up the home video rights at the end of 2014, revealing a March 31st, 2015 release date. As we were told then, release dates were a bit fluid and now it looks like the show has had its date changed to May 5th, 2015. In addition to that, FUNimation has revealed through its EVS calendar that the first two episodes for the series will see their dub debut on March 3rd, 2015.
