FUNimation is setting some more things in motion for 2015 releases as they’ve announced the acquisition of rights for Tokyo Ravens. The company previously simulcast the 2013 broadcast series that ran for 24 episodes and ended this past March. The series is set to have its first part released on March 17th, 2015 with the second set landing in summer 2015, if the dates hold. They’ll be revealing the English cast for the series at Ikkicon on the weekend of January 2nd, 2015 and will premiere the dub for it a week later at Otakon Vegas.

Plot concept: From the studio behind Aquarion EVOL comes a supernatural fantasy featuring otherworldly battles and forgotten promises. Tokyo Ravens is the story of an ordinary high school boy from a not-so-ordinary family. Hautora was born into an ancient clan of onmyouji known for their mastery of all things occult. Unfortunately, he didn’t inherit the magical ability to see spirit energy, so he was doomed to live a normal life. At least, that is, until a mysterious girl from Harutora’s past returns to alter the course of his future!
