Yen Press had a pretty solid weekend at the New York Comic Con as they announced multiple new titles that will help bolster their lineup in the years to come, particularly as a few of them complement the light novels that they’re bringing out. One of the titles is a license rescue as the previously release Victorian Romance Emma series from CMX is getting a new lease on life. It’ll also get a really nice release as it will get two-in-one omnibus releases in hardcover format to debut. No releases dates for any of the titles or other packaging release plans were detailed for the titles.
- A Certain Magical Index by Chuya Kogino – Some guys get all the luck. And then there’s Touma Kamjou—he gets NONE of the luck. He might live in Academy City, a place full of more super powered students than you can shake a stick at, but his only superpower is his supernatural lack of ability. All Kamijou wants is to keep a low profile, but when a nun named Index comes into his life, it gets more complicated and more dangerous than ever!
- Trinity Seven by Kenji Saitou and Akinari Nao – Arata Kasuga transfers to the Royal Biblia Academy to solve the mystery of the destruction that is ravaging the world and—more importantly—has stolen his cousin Hijiri from him.
