As we get ready for the second season of Psycho-Pass to premiere with FUNimation streaming it, first blush details have arrived on the previously announced feature film. That film is set to debut on January 9th, 2015. It’s set to be written by Makoto Fukami with Gen Urobuchi, who collaborated together on the first season of the series. The second season has Tow Ubukata handling the series composition.
Details of what the film is about and who else is involved is not available yet. The feature was licensed by FUNimation when the announcement of it being in production was made.
First season concept: Welcome to a world where just thinking about a crime is enough to enough to make you guilty. Bad intentions can no longer be hidden, and the police know exactly which tainted minds are about to cross over to the wrong side of the law.
