Aniplex USA announced last week their plans to release another part of their second season of Monogatari with the release of the third arc from it. Otorimonogatari is now scheduled for an October 28th, 2014 release and they’ve brought out a new 30 second spot to show off the goos. The release will have the four episodse from the Nadeko Medusa arc and will be priced at $64.98. The release is being set with two Blu-ray discs for the highest quality transfer with the original Japanese language track with English subtitles only. Plot concept: The Third Arc of the Monogatari Series Second Season! Nadeko encounters a giant snake who claims to be a deity named Kuchinawa. Kuchinawa promises Nadeko that he would grant her wish if she aids him in the search of his object of worship. Little does Nadeko know that obtaining the object of worship will cost her more than what she expected. Koyomi tries to convince Nadeko to let go of the object of worship. But it’s too late, Nadeko swallows the object and becomes a snake apparition! To make things worse, now Nadeko wants to kill Koyomi and Shinobu Oshino.
