‘Overlord’ Light Novels Getting Anime Adaptation

OverlordThe release of the seventh volume of the Overlord light novel series published by Kadokawa has also come with the news that the book will be getting an anime adaptation. Details aren’t released yet and will be coming from Kadokawa in the future. Te series comes from author Kugane Maruyama with illustrations by so-bin that’s published by Enterbrain. It began in the summer of 2012 and released its seventh volume at the end of August 2014. The series has had two drama CDs released with previous volumes.

Plot concept: The series follows a salary man who remains online when the service for an MMORPG ends. In doing so, he becomes a powerful skeletal wizard. In his new form, he begins attracting followers and conquering the digital world that remains.

  1. I can’t wait the light novel is amazing the anime version should have a lot off blood in it and it better not make it into a comedy
