New Manga Releases For Week Of August 19th, 2014

While the anime side is weak this week, the manga side has a lot to offer that should be checked out. The big one is the relaunched Heroic Legend of Arslan manga which is landing from Kodansha Comics. They’ve also got out the second installment of Attack on Titan: Before the Fall, which will surely do well in the bookstore channel. Viz Media keeps things to ongoings with more Dorohedoro and Gangsta and the little talked about but fun Ikigami. Seven Seas Entertainment continues to build up a really solid library, especially for those looking for titles that had anime adaptations, as a new Strike Witches series kicks off, they have more Haganai and Monster Musume lands as well, among others.
