The cast roll out for the anime adaptation of the light novel series Shonen Hollywood continues to move right along as three more members of the show have been announced. Not only that, we also get the first promotional video for the series that clocks in at just under two minutes and really toys with the fans by doing an instrumental piece with no dialogue in order to ramp up the anticipation for it. The series is set to debut in July and the following three roles have now been filled:
Shintaro Asanuma as Ran Kazehara
Kousuke Toriumi as Shiima “Seama” Hayamizu
Daisuke Kishio as Ryūnosuke “Ryu” Date
The series is part of a multimedia project that involves the novel, the anime adaptation and an idol project as well. The series is set to take place after the novel. The production brings Toshimasa Kuroyoanagi to directed based on scripts by original creator Ikuyo Hashiguchi and character designs by Kei Tsuchiya. With Starchild behind the project, we get studio Zexcs providing the animation for it.
