NIS America is going big with their first bilingual edition of a series with Toradora by making sure fans can get it in the form that they want. The release is coming in a premium edition format similar to what we’ve seen before, albeit one that looks a bit thicker, as it will contain the 25 episode series plus OVA on both DVD and Blu-ray in bilingual form for $129.99. This will be the heavy chipboard box and the artbook. The hardcover art book is described as being in full color, approx. 32 pages with episode guide, character and relationship info, and gorgeous full color illustrations.
Unlike past releases where it took a year for a standard edition to come out, NIS America is bringing that out at the same time where they’ll be just the show itself done in two releases priced at $59.99 each.
All the releases will be streeting on July 1st, 2014.

Plot concept: Ryuji Takasu is cursed with his father’s threatening face and is labeled a “delinquent” because of it. Even though this makes it difficult for him to meet people, he is madly in love with Minorin, the one girl who does not flee from him in terror. Taiga Aisaka is a notorious hothead with the nickname “Palm-top Tiger.” She also happens to be Minorin’s best friend, and what’s more, Taiga has a crush on Ryuji’s closest friend. his unlikely duo strikes a tenuous agreement to assist one another in stealing the hearts of the ones they love. They will face many hurdles along the way, but perhaps true love is closer to them than they think.
