While for most fans, they won’t take the 75th anniversary aspect too much to heart as for many the start of Marvel Comics is far more in the early 60’s, the first issue of Marvel Comics itself did land back in 1939. And to get this year of celebration underway, Marvel has added a two minute video to talk a bit about what they’re going to do this year and the kinds of looks back at their history, a lot of which for a few decades is largely unknown to many fans that focus solely on the post-Spider-man introduction and the mainline established Marvel Universe.
