The game to anime side of the industry continues to bring out some interesting titles from time to time and the latest one to get the nod is that the visual novel game Meiji Tokyo Renka is slated to make the leap. The game from Broccoli was released in late September on the PSP system which had character designs done by illustrator Karu. The anime isn’t the only thing happening with the game as a sequel has already been announced and Broccoli is set to do a character song CD as well.
Plot Concept: The story focuses on Mei Ayazuki, a girl who time-travels to the Meiji era, where she meets and falls in love with various great historical figures from that time period.
