While some openings and endings last longer online than others, especially with some of the takedowns happening on YouTube because of music rights, it’s always welcome when official and subtitled versions show up. FUNimation has managed to do that for Unbreakable Machine Doll by offering the opening and closing sequences in this form
The opening song is entitled “Annica” by Hitomi Harada. The closing song is entitled “Maware! Setsugetsuka” by Setsugetsuka Singing Group: Yaya (Hitomi Harada), Irori (Ai Kayano), and Komurasaki (Yui Ogura).
Plot concept: In the mechanized city of Liverpool, a Japanese student and his beautiful female machine doll enter the most prestigious machinart academy in the world. There, magic and machines combine as students fight against each other using automatons and living dolls in the quest to become the world’s best puppeteer.
