‘BlazBlue: Alter Memory’ Anime Opening Gets Faylan Promotional Video

2 min read

BlazBlueSinger Faylan has certainly been adding some interesting songs on the anime side since her career began and the latest one is for BlazBlue: Alter Memory, where she snagged the opening sequence song. The release is set for October 23rd from Lantis with a 1200yen price attached to it and Lantis has put out a new promotional video of the actual music video that was done for the song that plays into some of the thematic color aspects of the series.

Faylan has done some interesting songs over the years, from Mobile suit Gundam Age with insert songs and an ending but also something as offbeat as Qwaser of the Stigmata and Samurai Girls. But he’s also done some really interesting stuff with Broken Blade that still stands out while also doing one of the many Katanagatari ending songs.

Check out the promo video below.

Series concept: In the year 2199, humanity eagerly waits for the dawn of the new century, following the end of a series of devastating magic wars. When the world’s most wanted man, Ragna the Bloodedge (also known as the Grim Reaper) make a move to destroy society, a group of ragtag fighters come together to stop him.
