Ahead of the October 11th debut in Japan of Galilei Donna and Samurai Flamenco, noitaminA has set out with a new 31 second TV spot that promotes both series in quick form. They’ve also rolled out a new 46 second promotional video just for Galilei Donna, the fourth promo for the series so far, which shows off more of what the property is about that’s directed by Yasuomi Umetsu with character designs by Shingo Adachi. A-1 Pictures is animating Galilei Donna while Manglobe is handling Samurai Flamenco.
Galilei Donna Plot Concept: The “battle action adventure” story takes place in the year 2061 AD, where global warming is a thing of the past and the early days of a glacial era now cover the entire world. Three descendents of Galileo living in Tuscany, Italy—Hozuki Ferrari, Hazuki Ferrari, and Kazuki Ferrari—are suddenly attacked by a mysterious organization and ultimately end up on international wanted lists. The organization’s purpose is something called “Galileo Tezoro.” With no clue what is going on, the three sisters must join forces to overcome the crisis, but their personalities are too different, making this no easy task.
