When watching Legend of Legendary Heroes in its simulcast form, I had a heck of a hard time really connecting with it while also being intrigued by some of its ideas and designs. Revisiting it afterwards in the collected bilingual releases on DVD/BD that FUNimation put out, I was able to see how everything came together in a much stronger way (for most of it) which radically altered my opinion of it, which is why I enjoy revisiting shows that I may not have cared for in different forms. FUNimation is plugging their latest iteration of the series, which is a complete collection of the whole thing, and it’s definitely a very good deal overall, and they have two new dub clips out for it.
