On the surface it seems as if Atsushi is an adult, but really he’s just an elementary student! However, he is paired with a second-year high school student Atsumi, whose height is just the opposite of his. These two together create an unusual relationship and will undoubtedly instigate some comedic antics in this slice of life comedy!

With Atsumi getting a bit more attention now, this episode puts her front and center as she’s asked out on a date right from the get go, though it’s by our newest pint-sized arrival who is doing it as a favor for Yoshioka who has a small girl fetish. It’s a comical series of events in general, but just the opening of having Atsumi sitting in Sayo’s lap like a child is utterly beautiful and hilarious at the same time. The two of them try to figure out how to best deal with Yoshioka from there since it’s obvious he’s some kind of pervert and they’re trying to decide their best approach. Yoshioka certainly is one to make you uncomfortable and that doesn’t really lessen here with what goes on.
In Summary:
While this season hasn’t been as creepy as the two seasons that came before, there are still some lingering moments that come into play. At least with this bit about Yoshioka trying to take Atsumi out, they’re both the same age so there aren’t any age related qualms to it. It all comes down to his particular fetish, which if used for evil is, well, evil. It’s not a fetish you’d want to have, but everyone has their quirks. And if he can find it in someone of the right age, more power to him. But the creepy factor is still certainly there and seeing how both Sayo and Atsumi deal with it is certainly fun and interesting to watch.
