‘Wings Of Honneamise’ Getting Online Streaming Release

Set for DVD and Blu-ray release in October from Maiden Japan, Wings of Honneamise: Royal Space Force is also getting itself some additional online distribution. The film is currently available at Hulu in dubbed and subbed form but come September 9th, it will also be getting distribution through Anime Network Online in both dubbed and subbed form. The feature was a recent pickup for Maiden Japan and it’s been in the hands of several distributors over the years, from Manga Entertainment to Bandai Visual USA who released a high priced version on both HD DVD and Blu-ray as well as including DVD releases.

About the Series
On a future Earth, war between the Kingdom of Honneamise and its rival, The Republic, is inevitable. As evolving technology creates new ways to wage war, a small group seeks to propel mankind into space in their world’s first spaceflight program. For astronaut candidate Shirotsugh Lhadatt, it’s a personal odyssey as he grows from an aimless young man into a leader willing to put everything on the line in order to move the human race forward and away from the brink of Armageddon.
