Majestic Prince spent a bit of down time in the previous episode along with a bit of silliness, but it also tied it in with some decent action, which even seventeen episodes in, is all that’s actually making this show interesting. Thankfully, that’s becoming a stronger focus with this episode as events have really started to ramp up now that the Wulgaru are seeing more potential from certain members of humanity that they’re interested in, which has lead them to making their latest attack. One that cross humanities ‘absolute defense line’ and puts a lot of people in danger. Luckily, the Wulgaru are a bit more focused in their attack and are going after just the academy where more potentially interesting students may be.

While the latest operation is underway, and some of those on the Earth side do spend their time eating up food while waiting to get to the operation area, we also get some time with the Wulgaru and Jiart himself, where we see the way he’s acquiring more information about what’s going on and becoming more and more curious about what his siblings are up to on Earth and what it is they’re trying to accomplish. Jiart’s been something of a real seer with what’s been going on in this engagement and with his siblings in seeing how they’d operate, but there’s still a lot of gaps in his knowledge and it’s welcome to see that he’s playing things fairly logically here rather than just barreling into situations and causing massive amounts of chaos.

Thankfully, a good chunk of the episode is still just focused on the action, which is fun as we get to see how Team Rabbits handles their situations and even does a bit of skimming along the Earth’s atmosphere until they can enter it completely. It’s a great looking visual to see with how they’re all on fire and are just intensely hot. Between the action on the ground and the setup in space that’s going on, there’s a lot to like with the visuals here, especially in the last couple of minutes with the way everything hits the ground, literally, and it’s just a visual treat as Team Rabbits does what it can to take out the enemy from all angles. It’s a big spectacle moment with how the attack from space goes and it’s really intriguing to see it happen, especially when you really conisder the fallout from it.

In Summary:
While we’ve had some good fights going on in the series prior to this, events here start to shake things up a bit more as we see that the new enemy is going to be a real problem to take down. I was more interested at the end in the collateral damage more than what’s going on with the immediate team and their enemy though since it looked like a pretty impressive weapon to fire near a city. For the most part though, the series again fails to keep my attention and interest when it comes to the paper thin characters and their non-existent issues and it’s just the action that draws me in, which continues to be a real highlight and the only saving grace.
