With a few hints having come down recently, there’s only a few surprises to have in this latest solicitation via Section23 Films distribution as to what Sentai Filmworks, Maiden Japan and AEsir Holdings will be releasing. The fun with AEsir Holdings is just seeing what they may still be holding onto, which we can now add the original Saiyuki series to the list. The show is getting a complete collection in June with a whopping 1250 minutes of material for $49.98, making it a massive and easy to recommend deal. Maiden Japan offers no surprises either as the just announced Momo, Girl God Of Death has found its release date already.
After that, we get the releases that we suspected recently where Mysterious Girlfriend X and Dusk Maiden of Amnesia are getting dubs and Blu-ray releases in addition to DVD, and we get the Kill Me Baby release as well as more Letter Bee. Also debuting this month is Tari Tari, which finished its simulcast run in September 2012, making for a fairly quick release from streaming to home video. Not surprisingly, it’s getting just a Japanese language with subtitles DVD release.
