Japanese ‘Code Geass: Nunnally in Wonderland’ Anime DVD/BD To Be Subtitled

While it wasn’t a release many expected to get a US release any time soon, chances dropped even faster now that Bandai Entertainment is no more. Bandai Visual is making sure that English speaking fans of Code Geass can get in on the fun with the new release though as the July 27th release of the 30 minute OVA Code Geass: Nunnally in Wonderland will contain English subtitles. The Blu-ray edition is retailing for 4200yen while the DVD is set for 3675yen anre are expected to come with a picture book that will complement the show.

Plot concept: It’s another Alice in Wonderland story when, while spending time with his sister one sunny day, Nunnally requests that Lelouch tells a story, like in old times. To grant his sister’s request, Lelouch uses Geass on the entire cast of the Code Geass series. I, Lelouch Vi Britannia command you! Characters of Code Geass, become characters in my story and entertain my beloved Nunnally. Thus with the biggest waste of Geass in Code Geass history, a new story of Alice in Wonderland takes place.
