After New Galaxy Anime failed to follow through on the release, Discotek Media has made an announcement via the Discotek Facebook page that they’re going to be releasing the two features in 2012. Based on the manga by Osamu Tezuka that was released in the second half of the 70’s, the two films were made in 1981 and 1983 respectively with Madhouse being behind the animation..
