2 min read

Bandai Entertainment Inc. has announced today that they have entered into an agreement with NCM Fathom and Namco Bandai Games America for Tekken: Blood Vengeance in 3D.

The Fathom event will be at more than 375 U.S. movie theaters in 3D. Tickets and locations are available at participating box offices and online at www.FathomEvents.com. For a complete list of theater locations, prices, additional information, visit the Fathom website (theaters and participants are subject to change). This will be third such event Bandai Entertainment and NCM Fathom have done together, the first being Sword of the Stranger and Eureka Seven, but this is the first such event in 3D.

“It’s fantastic to be working with Fathom again and on such an exciting project as Tekken: Blood Vengeance. This will be a special event,” said Bandai Entertainment President Ken Iyadomi. Tekken Blood Vengeance in 3D is based on the Tekken franchise and is an all original CGI movie featuring old and new characters. Following the feature will be an exclusive interview between Tekken Project Director Katsuhiro Harada and Dai Soto, the internationally known scriptwriter for Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Cowboy Bebop, and Wolf’s Rain.

Additionally, Bandai Entertainment has acquired the movie for DVD release. The date of release and specs will be announced at a later date.
